A. Yes. Life jackets are provided and guides are with you at all times.

A. Yes. We accept major credit cards. Advance payment via Stripe is preferred.

Q. Are there changing rooms and restrooms?
A. Yes, both are available at the base.

Q. I’m traveling from overseas. Do I need travel insurance?
A. Our activity insurance covers Japan residents only. We recommend picking up Japan Travel Insurance before your trip — it’s inexpensive and available online. Happy to help if you have questions.

Q. What if the weather is bad?
A. If we cancel for safety reasons, you receive a full refund.
